In addition to the deals our advisors source, we work closely with 30+ reputable brokers, wholesalers, and property managers deeply
rooted in the Seattle, Eastside, and Tacoma markets to identify properties built in-between the 1960’s and 1980’s priced under six
million dollars.
We make aggressive deals on public listings, as well work with distressed sellers and owners of inherited properties through our
personal relationships with families that have a portfolio of properties that often our partners have often been grooming for decades. For off-market deals, we typically focus mutually beneficial creative financing agreements to generate above market returns.
The deals that meet our ideal building profile and underwriting standards are incredibly rare in the Greater Seattle area, hence we
only invest and raise capital for a few deals a year.
